We believe in challenging the status quo of traditional education by encouraging freedom within a framework of meaningful rigor. By cultivating an environment that fosters and inspires continual improvement, we challenge young women to demand more from their education.

Our staff and faculty are a team of incredibly dedicated and driven individuals. We have embraced the opportunity to design education around peer-supported and time-tested educational research, but we also allow ourselves to innovate and think outside the box so that our students are supported but challenged in and out of the classroom.

We welcome employment inquiries from like-minded individuals who are motivated by the reality that innovation is born from challenge. We seek those who want to be inspired rather than managed, those with an “all-in” mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

As a school, we embody a culture of kindness and inclusion and pride ourselves in supporting and serving each other each day. Summer months are dedicated to collegial work, professional development, “bigger picture” collaboration, student support and enrichment. If you appreciate continuous dialogue and revel in interdisciplinary collaboration, we want to hear from you.

If you share our vision and are interested in joining our team, please tell us a little about yourself and email your resume to: employment@penguinhall.org.

We look forward to meeting you.
