How does the APH teaching philosophy look in your classroom?
Students learn best when we meet them where they are, and focus on their strengths. Each of us has a unique mindset, yet we can learn to grow and change our perspective in order to embrace challenges. I like working alongside my students as they approach each new step. Most importantly, I aim to keep the journey light and positive, and for us both to enjoy the process.
What excites you about The Academy at Penguin Hall?
I am excited about teaching at a school that encourages young women to fulfill their purpose in life. I look forward to helping them develop a foundation of self-confidence and clarity about who they are and what they believe, so they can make choices that are right for them.

I like to swim in the ocean, walk on the beach, hike, garden, watercolor and go to museums. I have twin daughters who I have always encouraged to be true to themselves and choose the path that reflects them the best.
