Marvin Neal

Athletic Director

As an executive leader, entrepreneur, educator, and coach, Marvin has been mentoring youth and adults since his teens. His passion for integrating sports through education, particularly with children from low socioeconomic backgrounds, inspired him to found his first AAU Basketball program at just 19 years old.

Marvin’s impact extended into Big Sprouts and Imajine That’s Afterschool and Summer Camp. He played a pivotal role in expanding the program by 300% and his efforts earned recognition from the U.S. Dept. of Education, the MA Dept. of Youth Services, and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City.

In 2022, Marvin founded NH Reign, a program that quickly achieved 3 state titles and 2 national championships. Through partnerships with area schools, he successfully recruited students from across the globe. His players have had the opportunity to showcase their talents in front of 50 college coaches from Division 1 to Division 3 schools.

Marvin continues to mentor leaders and educators through the Level Up apprenticeship program at G3 Works, The Leadership and Literacy Foundation, and Methuen Youth and Community Center. His deep commitment to understanding and harnessing the power of sports and education in shaping student-athletes and fostering strong family bonds drives his daily efforts with each student and family he serves.

Outside of coaching, Marvin enjoys life with his beloved Erin and is a proud father of six wonderful children.
