
A dedicated educator with over 21 years of experience, Michelle brings a deep commitment to supporting students in all aspects of their high school journey.
Ms. Kline is a proud alumna of Our Lady of Nazareth Academy, where her experience in an all-girls high school was one of the most transformative chapters of her life. She credits this environment with shaping her confidence, leadership, and passion for mentoring young women.
After earning her master’s degree, Ms. Kline began her career at Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, MA, where she spent more than two decades guiding and empowering students. She taught for three years before transitioning into the role of School and College Counselor, a position in which she has helped countless students successfully navigate the high school experience and the college admissions process. Her expertise, compassion, and individualized approach make her a trusted advocate for students and families alike.
Beyond her work in the counseling office, Michelle has been an active leader in student life. She has coached soccer and led a variety of student clubs and activities, providing opportunities for students to explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and build lasting connections.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys playing the piano, crocheting, gardening, and traveling with her husband and three children.
A Double Terrier, Michelle holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Boston University.
