The Academy at Penguin Hall’s fitness and wellness program is uniquely designed to introduce students to a wide variety of activities that are fitness related, based on individual needs and goals specifically geared toward young women. Students develop individual wellness plans that provide physical, emotional and spiritual balance. Participation in wellness programs is integral to the educational experience of the whole person. The commitment to working with others toward a common goal, and the adherence to codes of fairness and good sportsmanship are imperative. Therefore, we strive to provide an environment that promotes the values – leadership, respect, perseverance, and faith – through interscholastic and intramural competition.
