Trisha Gordon

Dean of Students

Trisha has over 20 years of experience as an educator and administrator in independent schools where she designed robust and impactful programs that build community and support student belonging. After earning her Masters in Theater Education at Emerson College, Trisha began her career as a theater teacher at The Pike School and The Community Music Center of Boston. She eventually was promoted to Director of SummerARTS at CMBC, only stepping away from this role when she became Head of Upper School at The Pike School.  Most recently she gained great insight on the unique needs of students in a boarding school as Director of Community Programs and 9th and 12th Grade Class Dean at Walnut Hill School for the Arts.

Trisha enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also an educator, their teenage twins and cat, Lewis.  Family dinners are a must in their home where they connect, laugh and decompress at the end of the day.
